About Us
Bliss Gifts is a unique boutique style gift shop situated in the vibrant heart of the traditional market town of Darlington in County Durham. Our shop opened in February 2003 and we pride ourselves on sourcing often exclusive, stylish and affordable gifts for almost every occasion or indeed just to indulge our customers when they are in need of some 'me time retail therapy'.
Some of our popular products include gifts for baby and Christening, unusual wedding or anniversary presents and stylish handbags, jewellery and ladies accessories.
The founder and owner of Bliss Gifts, Nicola Reading has over ten years experience of the gift market and thrives on the challenge of sourcing new and exciting giftware ranges to tempt our loyal customers each season.
We would like our customers old and new to feel welcome and to enjoy the experience of our chic store and our friendly staff are trained to offer as much help as you need to choose the perfect gift for your loved one. Once you have made your choice we offer a complementary gift wrapping service.
Due to the ongoing success and growth of our business, the natural way forward is to bite new technology firmly on the bottom and offer our customers the benefit of a mail order service using the internet. As a result some of our products are now available online to our customers, a welcome addition to our business and often requested by our loyal customers.
Nicola and her team hope that you will find exactly what you are looking for from the lovingly selected range of giftware available to mail order within the United Kingdom. Each gift on request can be carefully wrapped in our signature gift wrap and posted by first class mail to a UK address of your choice. Gifts can be mailed outside of the United Kingdom but there will be an additional postage charge. Please e-mail us for details.
