We are strongly committed to customer service and want to ensure that you have an enjoyable, safe and totally secure shopping experience with us. Making a Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping basket. You will then be taken to the order summary page where you can: go back to the website product pages by clicking on the CONTINUE tab; or proceed to the checkout by clicking CHECKOUT. If you wish to remove any items from your shopping basket simply tick the box next to the item then click on the UPDATE tab.

At the checkout you will be asked to complete invoice and delivery details before being transferred to Netbanx, an independent UK secure online payment service provider which is fully approved by all major UK acquiring banks. Here your payment card details will be taken and cardholder validation checks carried out using all the latest fraud prevention methods (for further details please go to our "payment security" page or visit www.netbanx.com). We do not store or process credit card details on our website. All major credit and debit cards are accepted including: Visa, Visa Delta, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Switch, Maestro and Solo.

If you wish to pay by cheque please choose this option at the checkout; print off your order summary and forward it with a cheque for the required amount made payable to The Bliss Gift Consultancy. Goods will be despatched once your cheque has cleared.

Fast Delivery

We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. In the event that an item becomes out of stock once you have placed your order we will email or phone with an estimated delivery date and the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait until new stock arrives. Similarly, if your order is likely to be delayed for any reason, we will of course contact you. We do not substitute other goods if the items you require are not available.

UK STANDARD DELIVERY (USING ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS POST OR PARCELFORCE 48 or 24) 4.95

We believe it is important for you to get your order as quickly as possible. Our UK Standard Delivery option is despatched via Royal Mail First Class Post (Recorded Delivery). Larger parcels will be shipped by either Royal Mail or Courier. This means that you should generally receive your items 2-3 days from ordering. However, if you order on Friday or over the weekend your order may take a little longer. Also during the build up to Christmas items may take longer to arrive. The cost of this Standard UK Delivery Service is 4.95. (Please note that delivery to the Channel Islands and some outlying parts of the UK may also take a bit longer - simply phone +44(0)1325 481222 or email enquiries@giftsatbliss.co.uk for an estimated delivery date if you need your order urgently.

No Quibble Returns

We always try to ensure that our products are good quality and value for money. If however your purchase does not meet your expectations in any way simply return the item to us unused and in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. We will then either exchange it or give you a full refund (including delivery costs) - whatever your preference. Please note that this returns guarantee does not affect your statutory rights for returned goods under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

We recommend that you send items under 2Kg by Royal Mail "recorded signed for" or obtain a receipt of posting. For heavy or valuable items please contact us for instructions on how to return to us.

Refunds

On receipt of your returned items, we will make a refund to the value of the goods and your original delivery charge. We do not normally refund the cost of your return postage unless the goods were supplied to you are faulty or incorrectly delivered due to an error on our part.

We can only make refunds to the original payment card charged or by cheque if the original purchase was made by personal cheque. We aim to action all refunds within 3 working days from receipt of the returned goods. Once your refund has been processed we will of course let you know via email.

Please note that this refund policy does not affect your statutory rights for returned goods under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

Your right to cancel

Under the EU Distance Selling Directive you have a statutory right to cancel your contract any time up to 7 days from the day after you receive your order. Simply phone our office on +44(0)1325 481222 or email us at enquiries@giftsatbliss.co.uk with details. If you cancel your contract once your order has already been delivered you will be responsible for returning the goods to Bliss Gifts at you own cost.

You need to take reasonable care to ensure that the goods are not damaged in the meanwhile or in transit. For your piece of mind, we strongly recommend that you return any items by registered mail or obtain a receipt of posting and have sufficient insurance cover. This is particularly important when returning valuable products as we cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the mail.
