Delivery Information
We aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours of receipt. In the event that an item becomes out of stock once you have placed your order we will email or phone with an estimated delivery date and the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait until new stock arrives. Similarly, if your order is likely to be delayed for any reason, we will of course contact you. We do not substitute other goods if the items you require are not available.
UK STANDARD DELIVERY (USING ROYAL MAIL FIRST CLASS POST OR PARCELFORCE 48 or 24) £4.95
We believe it is important for you to get your order as quickly as possible. Our UK Standard Delivery option is despatched via Royal Mail First Class Post (Recorded Delivery). Larger parcels will be shipped by either Royal Mail or Courier. This means that you should generally receive your items 2-3 days from ordering. However, if you order on Friday or over the weekend your order may take a little longer. Also during the build up to Christmas items may take longer to arrive. The cost of this Standard UK Delivery Service is £4.95. (Please note that delivery to the Channel Islands and some outlying parts of the UK may also take a bit longer - simply phone +44(0)1325 481222 or email enquiries@giftsatbliss.co.uk for an estimated delivery date if you need your order urgently.
If you spend £60.00 or over your delivery will be free.
