We believe it is important for you to get your order as quickly as possible. Our UK Standard Delivery option is usually despatched via Royal Mail First Class Post. Larger parcels will be shipped by either Royal Mail or Courier. This means that you should generally receive your items 2-3 days from ordering. However, if you order on Friday or over the weekend your order may take a little longer. Also during the build-up to Christmas items may take longer to arrive. We always try to ensure that our products are good quality and value for money. If however your purchase does not meet your expectations in any way simply return the item to us unused and in its original condition within 30 days of receipt. We will then either exchange it or give you a full refund (excluding delivery costs) - whatever your preference. Please note that this returns guarantee does not affect your statutory rights for returned goods under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
